Account Deletion Requests

Submit a request to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our services.

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data — including your academic progress, profile information, history, and preferences — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have saved any information you need before submitting.

Deleting your account does not cancel your paid membership. Subscriptions are billed by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, not by us, so we cannot cancel them for you. Cancel your subscription yourself in the store you subscribed through — otherwise billing continues even after your account is deleted.

How the deletion process works

  1. Submit this form using the email address registered to your account.
  2. An automated email is sent to that address right away. It repeats the important parts: deletion is permanent, all of your academic progress and data will be lost, and it does not cancel your paid membership.
  3. To confirm, reply to that email with a single word: DELETE. Nothing is deleted until you reply.
  4. Once we have your confirmation, our engineers permanently delete all of your data within 30 days.
